How we ship

Every order ships insured and tracked, with the buyer's signature required. It is the only way we send jewelry within the United States. We would rather your piece never wait on a doorstep.

A signature is required

The person who placed the order needs to sign for the package, and must be 21 or older. They may be asked for a photo ID. If you're under 21, choose pickup and we'll hand it to you in the shop with your photo ID.

Where we ship

We ship only within the United States, and only to the billing address on the card you pay with. It protects you and us from fraud, so we keep to it for every order. Sending a gift? Ship it to yourself, or pick it up in Waipahu.

What it costs

The cost is worked out at checkout, before you pay. If a large or high-value order needs extra insured handling that would cost more than $50, we call you before we ship, not after.

Free pickup

You can always pick up your order in Waipahu at no charge. Bring a photo ID that matches the name on the order, and the card you paid with.
