Custom Jewelry Inquiry

For over three decades, Debbie's Jewelry has made and remade jewelry by hand in Hawaiʻi — heirloom pieces, custom designs, remounts and redesigns, and new work built around stones you already own. Tell us what you have in mind, and we will help you bring it to life with the warmth and care our workshop is known for.

What happens next

You tell us about the piece. Design, metal, sizing, and the occasion — and attach photos or a sketch if you have them.
Someone from the shop usually gets in touch within 1 to 2 business days to start the conversation.
We send a written estimate, with no obligation.

We start once you've approved your design, your 50% deposit is paid, and we've agreed a start date together. Online orders are paid in full at checkout.

In our showroom, a custom order can also go on layaway: it opens with 20% down, and we begin work once 50% is paid. The balance is due when you pick it up.

We tell you what it comes to before we start. If anything about the work changes what it costs, we stop and ask you first. A change you ask for once the work is agreed is quoted at our current rates.
